About these terms

These terms apply to your use of voycebocconistudents.eu, the website of VOYCE Bocconi Students, the Milan chapter of VOYCE (Voice of Youth for Change in Europe). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Using the website

You are welcome to browse the website, read our publications and apply to join. You agree not to:

  • use the website for anything unlawful, or in a way that could harm VOYCE Bocconi Students or anyone else;

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, interfere with how it works, or overload it;

  • send spam or automated submissions through our forms;

  • apply in someone else’s name, or with information you know to be false.

Our publications

Our publications are student research, written to inform and encourage debate on European policy. They are not legal, financial, investment or other professional advice, and you should not rely on them as such.

The views in each publication are those of its authors. They do not necessarily reflect the views of VOYCE Bocconi Students as a whole, and they do not represent the official positions of Università Bocconi or of any institution of the European Union.

Every publication is discussed and reviewed within its commission before it appears here, but we cannot guarantee that each one is complete, up to date or free of errors. If you spot a mistake, please let us know.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website — including its texts, publications and graphics, and the VOYCE Bocconi Students name and logo — belongs to VOYCE Bocconi Students or to the authors of the publications.

You may read our content, share links to it, and quote short extracts for non-commercial purposes such as study, commentary or reporting, provided you credit the author, the title, VOYCE Bocconi Students and the page address. For any other use, including republishing a publication in full, please ask us first.

Applying to join

Applying does not guarantee membership: we decide which applicants are invited to join. Please make sure the information you give us is accurate.

Links to other websites

Where we link to other websites, we do so for your information only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Availability

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Our responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, VOYCE Bocconi Students is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence — or affects your rights as a consumer.

Independence

VOYCE Bocconi Students is a student association. It is not part of, or endorsed by, the European Union or any of its institutions. European flags and buildings appear on this website to illustrate our focus on European policy.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Milan, unless the law entitles you, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live.
