How payments and refunds work. This website does not sell anything or take payments.

You cannot buy anything on this website, and it never asks for payment details. Applying to join VOYCE Bocconi Students through the website is free.
Paid events and activities
If we ever charge a fee for an event, trip or other activity, we will state the price, and the cancellation and refund terms, clearly before you pay. Payments of this kind are handled outside this website.
If we cancel an activity you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have as a consumer under Italian and EU law.
Questions about a payment
If you believe we have charged you in error, email asbvoyce@unibocconi.it with the details and we will reply within 14 days.
